Relax. Realign. Vibe.

I’m Hélène, a French electronic musician turned sound practitioner, passionate about the restorative power of vibrations.

After years of performing internationally, my journey from electronic music to sound therapy began with my own search for healing and balance after experiencing hearing loss and tinnitus from Covid complications in 2022. This journey led me to train in sound-based practices, including sound massage with singing bowls and tuning forks, as well as mind-body relaxation techniques.

At Vibing Hel, I bring together my musical expertise and professional training to offer tailored sound experiences designed to meet the client’s individual needs. Using singing bowls and complementary instruments, each session is adapted to individual needs, supporting relaxation, release of physical and emotional tension, and a sense of reconnection through sound.
